Prepare the cheque / bank draft and mail to APPGAC Conference Manager within 2 weeks
If you have registered and settled the registration fee, you will receive the Final Confirmation by email by 15th April 2015 for you to attend the Conference. Please check your mail box and contact APPGAC Conference Manager if you do not receive it by 15th April 2015.
If you have registered but have not settled the registration fee by 31st March 2015, we will assume that you are not attending the Conference and will cancel your registration. If you have any questions, please contact APPGAC Conference Manager at info@appgac.org.
All participants are required to register for the conference. Registration fee includes admission to all keynote sessions, paper presentations and agencies visits. Luncheons on 8th & 9th May 2015 are only provided for overseas participants with full conference fee. Participants will need to register pre-conference workshops and/or Macau visit independently. Please refer to registration for details of charges.
A separate form is required for each participant.
If we do not receive your registration fee by 31st March 2015, we will assume that you are not attending the Conference and your registration will be cancelled. Please contact APPGAC Conference Manager (Email: info@appgac.org ) if you have any enquiries.
All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The current exchange rate is US$1 to HK$7.80. The exchange rate quoted is for reference purpose only.
International delegates must check with their travel agents for visa and entry requirements into Hong Kong.
All participants should be responsible for their own medical, travel, personal and other insurance. The registration fee does not cover any kind of insurance.
All participants are required to arrange their own accommodation during the stay of conference. Please refer to the accommodation page on the website.
All payments should be made in Hong Kong dollars. Participants shall make payment by bank draft or cheques payable to: “Tung Wah Group of Hospitals” and mail to APPGAC Conference Manager, 11/F Tung Sun Commercial Centre, 194-200 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
Upon receipt of both registration form and full payment, a confirmation letter will be sent via email or mail.
